Pre-Audit
You decide if you want a specific area of your site reviewed or the site in its entirety.
I'll send you a short questionnaire to complete; this will ensure I understand your website goals. Once you answer the questions and give me access to the site, I will complete the audit within a week.

Audit + Edit
I'll log in to your site and review it — section by section, link by link — to make sure your copy is consistent, missing words are added, typos are fixed, and broken links are remedied. I will make any obvious edits to your copy, such as spelling and major grammar errors.
Next, I’ll deliver a document with suggestions to improve the readability and flow of your site. I'll also provide recommendations on ways to enhance your customer’s experience.

Post-Audit
After you've had time to review the audit, we can jump on a complimentary 20-minute call to go over questions you may have. You can then make the changes on your own, or you can hire me to make any updates for you.
