My Business Saga
I started my business a month before I was laid off from a nonprofit, which I had worked at for over eight years. I loved my job because I was involved it all — marketing, graphic design, strategy, fundraising, and copy editing — and I collaborated with the most amazing people. But when grant funding was cut, I needed to find a new path. So, I did some self-evaluation.
I realized I love organizing ideas and refining processes. I love researching and troubleshooting. I love sharing a great story and uniting ideas. I love helping people polish and strengthen their writing and messaging. And I love dreaming up ways to have an even bigger positive impact.
Next, I took courses and worked with brilliant designers to learn the world of human-centered design, website development, UX/UI strategy, and copy editing. Hello, new path.
Now I get to work with ambitious people and organizations who have a story to tell, a service to offer, a passion to spread.
I’m thankful I got laid off. Because now I look forward working with you to:
Build your digital front door (a.ka.a your website) and help you maintain it,
Partner with writers, like you, to create your brainchild, and
Teach you how to navigate digital tools (like your website, social media, or business software).

I love, love, love to learn. Every business has its own needs and unique requirements for serving their customers online. And I don’t pretend to know how to do everything, which means if I don’t know the answer to your conundrum, I’ll research and find it!

We may work together, and you might really dislike (or even loath) a design I did or 100% disagree with a change I made in the user journey of your website. Tell me, and we can talk through the strategy that went into that decision, re-evaluate, and make a better design or UX choice together. I won’t take it personally! Hi, I’m Erin Corradi.
I am a native Minnesotan, living in Everett, Washington. My favorite hobbies are eating, rock climbing, and reading. I also love traveling with my best friend and husband, Brad, who has been dubbed the "nicest man in the world" by others, and I agree. I’m constantly inspired by my beloved and clever daughter. Also, I have the cutest dog in the world: Linus.
